When the path you've built no longer feels right, let’s talk.
Coaching for leaders navigating career decisions, uncertainty and retirement identity after 50.
Grounded in original psychology research and 30 years of corporate experience.
I work with senior leaders who are..
-
Considering a change
You've built a successful career but you’re questioning whether you want to keep doing this for another decade. I help you work out what you actually want and make a decision you trust.
-
Navigating uncertainty
Whether a promotion, redundancy or a new opportunity has bought you to a transition point, I help you use the moment to find a direction and approach that's genuinely yours.
-
Approaching retirement
Retirement is on the horizon and you want to decide on timing, or how to approach it deliberately. I help you design the next chapter rather than drift into it.
-
Recently retired
If retirement feels more like loss than liberation, I help you work out who you are without the role that defined you, and what you want this chapter to look like.
What my clients say
About me
I'm Victoria Pile, former VP at Capgemini, now working with the people I used to be.
After 30 years in corporate life I left to research and coach the very transition I had lived through. I know what it costs to walk away from everything you've spent decades building. I know the pull to stay with what's familiar even when something in you knows it's time to move.
I hold a triple-accredited executive coaching qualification and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, where my research focused on career decision-making after 50.
The combination of lived experience, corporate background and academic research is unusual in this space. It shapes how I work with every client.
I've lived it, and I've studied it.
